If you plan to book a ride on Fridays and Saturdays after 5:00 PM, please note that we require a minimum of a 6-hour rental.

OVERAGE CHARGES
For Coach Buses, overages will be billed at an hourly rate rounded to the whole hour.
For all types of vehicles (other than Coach Buses and Staff), overages will be billed at an hourly rate rounded to the quarter-hour.
AIRPORT FEES (WASHINGTON DC AIRPORTS ONLY)
Meet and Greet – 10$ will be charged as an additional for Sedan, SUV, and Van
Curbside Drop-Off/ Pick-Up in IAD and DCA Airports – 5$ access charge for Sedan and SUV
*These are only applicable and available on Washington DC Airports only.
TRANSFERS
Additional Stop Charge Fee – 35$ (If the transfer totals above 15 minutes or more than one stop, hourly rates will apply.)
CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT POLICY
We will collect a 50% deposit during booking for trips that are scheduled for 3 hours or more. The trip will not be considered reserved until the deposit has been given. Deposit refunds apply after 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time only. Thus, no refunds will be given within 48 hours after reservation. For cancellations within 2 hours after reservation, 100% of the estimated charges will be billed.
